Things are an awful mess around here.
We've spent quite a bit of time with family. No time to make art. Time for grieving and starting anew.
The studio has been uprooted! There's going to be some drywall action. Yay! Finally some clean white walls in here. No more peg board. During the upheaval of things, I came across this beautiful woodcut, which my friend brought from New Orleans, pre-Katrina. Two years ago?? It was very thrilling to find it amongst my mess. If anybody knows anything about this work, do tell me. It's so mysterious and disturbing and I love it. I don't know anything about the work, I think my friend found it at a thrift store???
